Product Marketing Executive

Job Description :

Business Management

  • Focus on achieving sell in targets through countries’ 1st tiers/End User Sell through
  • Provide support to regional offices by way of product information, schemes, business support
  • Meet & understand new customers for prospective business by way of government/corporate and support to gain business & handle tender business focus
  • Support in country channel/business strategy by fully understanding issues/problems
  • Drive the countries to achieve the set targets
  • To plan all support activities with effective ROI on money spent and also to ensure the best costs are worked out

Product Management

  • Manage Product Life Cycle
  • Forecast sales model/marketwise
  • Maintain Inventory Supply Management
  • Maintain marketing communication goals
  • Monitor competition models, sales, schemes, market share.
  • Work closely with Regional Marcom team for various product strategies, product information, stock & other issues.

Country Management

  • Monitor Sell-in / Sell-out /Sell-Through region-wise/channel type
  • Work closely with sales companies on the targets and country/location goals
  • Increase focus on special projects, presence in relevant locations, corporate & tender business
  • Support in country training & motivation through various engagements

Market Share/Market Size Analysis

  • Monitor market data (internal derived and syndicated) region wise / category wise for Epson market share.
  • Monitor market data for competition information.
  • Monitor sales activity from Sell-In till Sell-Thru in order to understand entire situation

Job Requirements:

  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Graduate/Post Graduate degree in marketing, management
  • Prefer candidate with strong analytical background with the ability to think out of the box or possess creative thinking skills

B2B & Digital Marketing Executive

Job Description:

Digital Marketing

  • Manage and maintain the organization's website with regional webmaster to ensure accurate product information, products’ support drivers and localized product brochures are made available for download
  • Plan, execute, optimize and align with regional’s effort to execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email and display advertising campaigns to ensure and maximize longevity
  • Responsible for constant update of  both corporate & retail channel partner database, including email blasting & communications to both corporate & retail channel partners
  • Track and analyze website traffic flow and ensure the optimization of all digitally published content, and provide internal reports
  • Lead and own the development and execution of all digital advertising campaigns by:
    • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop digital advertising campaigns, landing pages, microsites and optimize user experience
    • Brainstorm and conceptualize new initiatives and tactics to optimize digital marketing efforts to ensure ROI and generate leads
    • Executing digital campaign planning, buying, optimization, and monitor performance for reporting
    • Manage project/event-based tracking of digital marketing campaigns

B2B Marketing

  • Ability to assist and work with Marketing Manager, Product Managers and Sales on local B2B events, campaigns, tactical and activation programs from conceptualization to execution, pre and post event administrative consolidation, tracking and ensuring timeline and ground coordination and execution.
  • Ability to generate potential leads from B2B events, campaigns and tradeshows
  • Ability to contribute ideas for marketing plans and strategies to reach out to targeted B2B customers in various verticals.
  • Responsible for project and event management
  • Good agency management
  • Proactively seek for new B2B events or platforms to showcase company’s products or brand awareness

Administrative work

  • Responsible for administrative duties which includes but not limited to:
    • Opening POs and handling of invoices with document proof
    • A&P IO creation, adjustment and monthly budget reporting to GM and Line Manager for marketing team 
    • Vendor listing application, purchase agreement and credit form review applications
    • NLAG & fixed asset count (4 times a year) for all products
    • NLAG adjustment on premiums, demo units, etc
    • Loan of demo units from DUMAS (For Marketing)

Marketing/Events Support

  • Responsible for maintaining marketing brochure room to ensure sufficient quantity for usage, discontinued product(s) brochures are discarded and to liaise with print vendors (for reprint & localization) if required.
  • Providing redemption support for all tradeshows and roadshows. This encompasses coordination of roadshows/tradeshows with appointed agency, issuance of premiums, associated paper work, and paper work on premiums returned per roadshow/tradeshow before collating all necessary information to Sales Operation team for system knock out/in.
  • Provides support in marketing events
  • Product brochure localization for print/upload on website
  • Onsite support for marketing events including tradeshows and consumer fairs

Job Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of digital marketing experience required
  • Structured and detail:
    • Individual with an eye for details
    • Focus on the delivery of expected outcome in a given timeline
    • Organized and timely delivery of all tasks assigned
    • Self-starter with ability to work under pressure
  • Good communication skills – Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of people including inter-departments and external parties
  • Ability to work on weekends and/or long hours when required
